I love a good beach session especially when it comes to the beauty that surrounds a good sunset. This session certainly didn’t disappoint and neither did the Lake Huron Sunset.

Cassie and Logan are expecting their first little bundle of joy and I was so pleased that we could get together to do photos.  Cassie is my cousin and I wanted to give them something that would help them remember this experience.  From old bridges, to sunsets, to sandy hair these two were up for anything! We laughed and laughed and laughed some more.  I said a few times that it is a true pleasure to photograph family, but can also be one of the hardest tasks.  Explaining poses and crazy faces were all part of the challenge.  My favourite part of this though is the genuine laughs you will see between these two.

I had so many different images to chose from when I got home that I got a little edit crazy and was able to get enough to post for a blog! I cannot wait to meet baby W when he or she makes her arrival. All I can say is that we truly had some magical moments during this session and these images capture all the beauty of this mom and dad to be.
