When asked to shoot a 1st year birthday session I jump at the excitement, cake, smiles, movement, and the list continues.  These are so much fun and can go very differently depending on the day. But I am always up for fun, and a yummy cake mess!!!

Elise turned 1 in late 2013 and I spent the evening with her and her sisters. We had to be creative to get smiles out of her as she played shy at first.  We took pictures of the 3 girls and a bunch of Elise in her 1 year old glory!!! Although she was shy and a little unsure about the cake and making a mess  she was a rock star once she realized that mom was ok with this kind of mess !!! PINK, PINK and more PINK EVERYWHERE!!!!

So here’s to miss Elise, Pretty in Pink! (cake ;)) !!!
